How the score works

The check gives you two separate numbers. Neither is a prediction about you or your employer. They are a structured way to see where you stand and what to do next.

1. Job exposure (Low, Medium, High)

Six questions about your work: how much of it happens at a screen, what it produces, how repetitive it is, whether you need to be there in person, whether you are accountable for the result, and what AI has already changed in your field. Work that is screen-based, repetitive and produces documents or answers scores as more exposed. Hands-on, in-person and accountable work scores as less exposed. This follows the pattern in published research on which tasks today's AI can help with, but it is based on your own answers, not on a database of your exact job, so treat it as a rough guide.

Job exposure is shown on its own. It never lowers your readiness score.

2. AI Readiness Score (0 to 100)

Ten questions about the things you control: money and skills (40%), security (35%) and mind (25%). Each answer scores from 0 to 3. Ticking a step in your plan adds its points to that area, so your score rises as you act.

What it can't tell you

Whether your job will exist in five years, what your employer plans, or what to invest in. Nobody knows that, and anyone who sells certainty is guessing. AiPrepper is general guidance, not financial, legal or career advice.
